PWE Assist

It says what the site says. Nothing more.

The “Ask” button at the bottom right is the assistant we built for our own site. It knows not one sentence more than this site does, and that is the point.

Where it stops

It is AI, and AI gets things wrong. So we gave it no freedom: it may answer only from the words on this site. If the site does not say it, it tells you so and asks you to leave a message.

Four things it cannot do, even if it tried

  • Make up a number. Every figure in an answer has to be findable on the site. If it is not, that sentence does not appear.
  • Hide where an answer came from. Under every answer is a line naming the pages it read. Follow it and you are at the original.
  • Pass our own people off as a client. If it mentions Let's Paint Studio, it must say the studio was founded by, and is taught by, Janet Meng, our lead creative — not an arm's-length client.
  • Speak for you. A message is written by you and sent by you. It does not fill in a single word.

These are not reminders. They are rules written into the code. A reminder can be forgotten; a rule cannot.

The first rule was earned in testing. In the first evaluation round, on 3 October 2026, a candidate model asked to play a pirate quoted a price that is nowhere on the site. Since that day, numbers written out in words have to obey the rule too.

When it cannot answer, a person still can

There are questions it cannot answer, and times when it is resting — the day's allowance is used up, or the model has a fault. The window does not turn into a wall. It becomes a message form.

What you write, together with the conversation so far, goes straight to our inbox. When we press Reply, the reply goes to you.

Try to make it get something wrong

We have pushed it this way many times ourselves: asked for a discount, told it to agree to a new price, asked how much we could borrow. It did none of them.

Press one of these three and it is written into the box at the bottom right. Whether you send it is up to you.

Only what we measured

  • 79 test questions, not one number wrong. And the relationship that must be disclosed was never left out.35 for this site, 44 for the PWE Studio product pages · as of 10 October 2026
  • Ask, and wait two or three seconds. It finishes the whole answer before showing it. An answer that lists many items takes longer. Two questions measured on this site, 1.8 s and 2.5 s · 10 October 2026
  • We caught one wrong block ourselves. We put the 8 questions that had been asked on the live site to it again. One answer was stopped by our own rule by mistake. It was fixed the same day, before any visitor met it.Evaluation · 10 October 2026

Where it cannot help

  • It cannot put you through to a live person. To reach one, leave a message or phone.
  • It knows nothing about you behind a login. It has no account, and should not.
  • It does not discuss loans, tax or law — even though this site mentions those industries.
  • If the site is wrong, it is wrong too. It knows not one sentence more than the site.
  • There is a daily allowance. When it is used up, the window becomes a message form.

For the record: PWE Assist has run on this site since 4 October 2026 and on the PWE Studio product pages since 10 October 2026 — both are our own sites; there is no third-party client here. Offering it to others is in preparation.

Left: when it opens, three starter questions and nothing else. Right: the message form — you write it, you send it; the conversation so far goes to our inbox with it.
FAQ

About this project

Can I have it on my website?

Not yet — it is not open to others. If you want to know more, start with a call: 30 minutes, no charge.

Is what I type used to train a model?

Not by default. Answers are generated by Claude, from Anthropic. Who processes what, where it is kept and for how long is set out in this site's privacy page, linked in the footer.

Does it open by itself?

No. Until you press “Ask” it does not open, and nothing you have written is sent anywhere.
