Clear prices first,
then how we do it.
Four service lines, three tiers each. This page shows starting prices and what is included; the exact quote comes in a written proposal after we talk, set out once.
All prices in AUD, excluding GST.
One 30-minute call, no charge. We get the problem clear first, then talk about how.

The PWE brand system
Our own mark is generated by code — the same golden ratio that sets the wing's feather radii also sets this site's type scale. The whole system is applied right here, on the site you are reading.

Let's Paint Studio

PWE Studio
An all-in-one operating system for creative studios — multi-tenant, bilingual, monthly subscription. We wrote it, we use it, we maintain it: we don't guess what goes wrong after launch, we deal with it every day.

Ten years of commercial film
Automotive, property, corporate and education — seventeen finished films, 2015–2021. One of them was published by Sony Australia on their own channel, described there as "Video : Winner". That line is theirs, not ours. The judgement behind our content work was learned on those shoots.

- Everything in Plus
- Database · queues · alert monitoring

- Quarterly roadmap planning
How this differs from the product: PWE Studio at A$49/month is renting a system we built; a care plan is us looking after your own.
Why the prices are out in the open
What makes a quote uncomfortable usually is not the price — it is not being able to read it. So we write the rules down first: before we even talk, you should know how you will be charged.
Three tiers, not one price
Every line has three tiers: a first step, the main landing point, the full flagship. Which one fits depends on how big the problem is, not on how much we want to sell.
Setup + subscription
Things built once are paid for once; things that need ongoing care are paid monthly. It is the same logic as PWE Studio.
“From” means from
The page shows starting prices; the exact quote always comes in the proposal. Clear does not mean fixed — but it does not mean guessing either. The call and the proposal are free; billing starts the moment we sign.
Questions about pricing
Why only “from” prices, not exact figures?
Because the exact figure depends on your situation — how many pages, which languages, whether it connects to existing systems, whether materials already exist. The starting price tells you where a line begins and whether you are in range; the exact quote comes in the proposal after we talk, written once, and it does not change.
How do payments work? Are there milestones?
40% on signing, 40% at the mid-point review, 20% on delivery. Each milestone is something you can see — a signed-off design, a test environment you can open, the live launch. No milestone, no next invoice.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices on this page are AUD excluding GST; the formal quote itemises GST.
Does bilingual delivery cost extra?
No. Bilingual delivery is our default and is already in each tier. If you only need one language, the price does not drop either — the time saved goes elsewhere in the project.
Can I do just one part, not the whole set?
Yes. Any tier in any of the four lines can be bought on its own — or start with just the feasibility workshop (A$980) to think the problem through; that fee is fully credited against a System MVP later.
How long does it take?
It goes in the proposal, not the price list. Timing depends on scope and on the schedule at the time; rather than put a number on this page that goes stale, we give you a timeline in the proposal that we can actually keep.
Talk about your project.
The tiers are the entry point. Your situation deserves a written proposal, not a range.
No charge. Even if we never work together, you will leave clearer on what to do next.
