Two numbers: a monthly plan and a one-time setup. Every limit below is read from the same plan table the product enforces, so this page cannot quote an allowance the system does not honour.

What it covers
- Brand configuration: logo, accent colour, bilingual copy, registration questions
- Reviewed migration of your existing student list, with a reconciliation you sign off
- Team training for the roles you actually use
- Launch support through your first week live
What it does not cover
- Online card payments — the product does not take payments yet, and we will not imply that it does
- Photography, copywriting or logo design
- Custom development, or a layout outside the design system
- Off-site backup replication and an SLA — both are honestly listed as not yet done
The questions people ask before paying.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Plan limits govern what is published, never what is stored: on a smaller plan your website shows fewer works, and every record stays exactly where it was. Move back up and the same content is public again.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
The plan is monthly. The setup fee is one-time and is not refundable once the migration has been delivered and signed off, because by then the work is done.
Can I see the product before paying anything?
Yes. Book a walkthrough and we will show you a working studio — the public website, the console, the timetable and the family side — with real data in it, not slides.
Do you take a percentage of my fees?
No. There is no commission, no per-enrolment fee and no payment processing cut — the product does not process payments at all.
Is the website included, or does it cost extra?
Included, on every plan, with hosting. It is not an add-on: the public website reads the same records your staff work in, which is the reason the timetable on it can never disagree with the timetable they schedule.
What if I have more students than the plan allows?
Move up a plan. Nothing breaks at the boundary and nothing is deleted; the console tells you which limit you are near before you reach it.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes. Students, enrolments, attendance and credit history export as files you keep. We would rather you could leave easily than stay because you cannot.
Is the product available in Chinese?
Both languages, everywhere — the console, the family portal and your public website, which serves each language on its own address. Bilingual is a property of the product, not a translation layer bolted on.
