Brand foundation
Build the foundation in three clear steps: industry, visual theme, then studio details.
Choose an industry foundation
This sets the recommended copy, registration questions, and starting theme.
Choose a colour theme
Start with one professionally balanced palette. You can fine-tune it without changing the industry content.

Add studio identity and contact details
These details appear across the public website, registration, and CMS.

Hero and calls to action
The first thing a parent reads on your website, and the button they tap to book. Live on the portal as soon as you publish.
Website sections
Turn public sections on or off. A section with nothing written in it stays hidden rather than showing an empty block to visitors.
Course names and work titles come from the CMS and are shown exactly as staff typed them — they do not follow the visitor's language. Only the section headings here do.

Principal
Who teaches here. This is the section that answers "who am I trusting with my child", so it is worth writing properly — and the section stays hidden until there is a biography to show.
Shown on the website from .
Space & experience
This public module follows the welcome message and appears before the principal. Use it for the place, atmosphere, process, or online experience—not for the principal biography.
Shown on the website from . One switch, one place — two controls for one setting is one of them being wrong.
Selected work
Your own work, not your students'. This is the section that answers "how good is the person teaching here?" — the Student works section answers a different question and stays separate.
Videos are linked, never uploaded: paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Bilibili link and only the cover image uses your storage. Nothing is requested from those sites until a visitor presses play.
Shown on the website from .
Public timetable
Upcoming classes on their own page at /<your studio>/timetable, linked from the portal. A page rather than another band on the home page: a family reading a timetable is comparing rows against a calendar, which wants width and its own URL to share.
Only classes you have ticked “Show on the public timetable” in the CMS appear here — and only for as many weeks as you choose below. Nothing is published by simply being scheduled.
The page is shown on the website from . Whether it takes requests is a separate decision, and it lives here.
Registration form
What a family fills in to enquire. Every question here appears on both the portal form and the standalone register page, and lands in the CMS under Pending.
Questions
Short text, long text, and select fields are supported.
FAQ
Answers to what families ask before they book. Shown near the bottom of the portal in whichever language the visitor is reading.
Family messages
Owner-managed copy templates used by staff during admissions and daily follow-up. Staff copy them from the CMS; this page does not send email or SMS.
Placeholders are filled in per student: {student} {studio} {balance} {credits} {fee} {note}
